This information about Six Sigma Black Belt comes from the American Society for Quality's web site (www.asq.org) and is intended as background information only.  Six Sigma does not have a certifying body that controls all Six Sigma certifications.  Each training organization has its own set of requirements and administers its own cerrtification.  ASQ requires affidavits for proof of completion of a project.  Other training organizations do not.
