That's because we take a "high-tech, high-touch" approach %uFFFD meaning that we leverage technology to allow us to take a personalized approach to meeting your specific needs. For example, if you can't come to us, we'll go to your location and meet with you there.
Or, we'll leverage technology so the resources needed are available to ensure a successful face-to-face meeting. In short, we'll bring our office to you!

When you're unemployed, the last thing you want to do is spend weeks nervously waiting for your training plan to be approved or a support services check to be issued. At Quality Career Services, we cut through the "red tape" to provide you with career counseling, job training and retraining services.
One-on-one approach
As a full-service, career counseling agency, our mission is to place each client in the highest quality job in the shortest period of time, while treating you with respect and dignity. We take a one-on-one approach to matching qualified employees with qualified employers in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area through two primary programs:
- Dislocated Workers Program
- Senior Community Service Employment Program

- We leverage technology so we can take a "high-tech, high-touch" approach. For example, when you call our office during regular business hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday), you'll be greeted by a friendly human voice, not a recording.
- We research the best schools and programs available based on your specific needs and goals. Then, we recommend the best course of action for you according to your needs and budget.
- Quality Career Services is a high quality career services agency with permanent, highly trained and experienced staff that doesn't charge fees. Our career counselors all have a Master's Degree in counseling and are professionally trained in career counseling and in the administration and interpretation of vocational tests. In addition, we:
- Provide personalized services tailored to your specific needs.
- Ensure that you stay with the same counselor.
- Provide more "face-to-face" time than similar services.
- We are immediately available to meet with you and provide quick turnaround in getting approvals and requests fulfilled. In other words, there isn't a lot of paperwork and "red tape".
- If you can't come to us, we'll come to your location to provide services.
- Quality Career Services is one of the only local providers with a full-time computer instructor on staff, who is available 40 hours per week to provide one-on-one computer instruction at the basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
