Are you an employer seeking trained, qualified and pre-screened applicants for a wide range of positions at no cost? If it sounds too good to be true, it's not. At Quality Career Services we provide employers in various industries with a diverse pool of job seekers.
We don't charge fees
Quality Career Services is different because we'll provide you with high quality services at no charge. And, we'll pre-screen candidates before sending them to you without charging a fee to you or the applicant for placement or to post a job order.
That's because we are a 501(c)(3) organization and obtain funding from the U.S. government. As a certified provider, you can be sure the services we offer you are among the best in the nation and state.
Key benefits
In addition, Quality Career Services will:
- Fill a wide range of positions including managers, supervisors, professionals, technical workers, production workers, administrative support, etc.
- Coordinate and host a dedicated job fair at your request.
- Provide a diverse population of job seekers.
- Offer an on-the-job training program, which will reimburse you up to 50 percent of the employee's wage while the employee is learning a new job.
Motivated, skilled job seekers
We work with job seeks who:
- Lost their job through no fault of their own.
- Are motivated to return to work.
- Have a solid work history.
- Have demonstrated skills and experience.
- Often have just completed training.
